Choose Me Lord, send me… I’ll go, words from the latest performance of Latice Crawford, at BMI offers the vessel’s heart in each note. She never ceases to amaze us. Her ability to minister the WORD of God in song is nothing short of refreshing.
Diary of a Church Girl, is the latest project for Crawford, recently released, and it is absolutely amazing with tracks like Author, and Choose Me, it’s lyrically engaging. Crawford’s remained a force to be reckoned with. Her’s, a story not of glitz, and fame, but that of a willing vessel literally experiencing life, has many in awe of the goodness of Jesus Christ.
Ms. Crawford shared with Elev8’s own Liz Black, this album is predicated on life’s lessons, it’s ups and downs, it’s a bridge to common ground. “It’s necessary for people to know that we (believers), experience life, sometimes we doubt, and fear, become discouraged, don’t always have it together, but we do have the Hope of Glory.” Each track shares a process, displaying “how we get through.”
