“The Best of Enemies,” is a dramatic feature film culminating the possibilities of reconcilable differences. Ann Atwater (Henson) and C.P. Ellis (Rockwell) are an unlikely pair with enough grit and virtue between the two to change an entire community by way of “a charrette”.
A what? The Charrette Process is a community meeting convened to solve a problem by bringing opposing sides together to talk out differences facilitated by a moderator, in this case, Mr. W.L. “Bill” Riddick (Babou Ceesay) a veteran human services agent of more than 35 years.
